SMS Terms of Service

Rare Bird Recruiting, LLC (“we,” “our,” or “us”) provides SMS messaging services to candidates, clients, and contacts who have opted in. By providing your mobile number and opting in, you agree to the following Messaging Terms and Conditions.
1. Program Description
Rare Bird Recruiting uses SMS messaging to communicate one-to-one with individuals who have provided consent. Messages may include:
- Scheduling information
- Interview coordination
- Appointment reminders
- Direct responses to questions
- Other communications necessary for the hiring and application process
We do not send marketing messages, job blasts, group messages, or promotional texts.
2. Consent & Opt-In
- You must provide express consent to receive SMS messages from us.
- Consent is obtained via a checked checkbox, Yes or No selection, or another clear opt-in method on our forms.
- Consent is never a condition of employment consideration or service use.
3. Message Frequency
Message frequency will vary based on your interaction with us but will remain limited to scheduling, coordination, and other service-related communications.
4. Opt-Out & Withdrawal of Consent
- You may stop receiving text messages at any time by replying STOP.
- For help, reply HELP.
- You may also withdraw consent by submitting a request through our Contact Form.
- After opting out, you may receive a final confirmation message.
5. Message & Data Rates
Standard carrier message and data rates may apply. Please check with your mobile provider for details.
6. Privacy & Data Use
- Your phone number and personal information are used only for service-related communication.
- We do not share mobile numbers or personal information with third parties for marketing or promotional purposes.
- We do not share mobile opt-in or consent data with any third party for any purpose.
